We tested hundreds of cloth suppliers across India before settling on the material we use. Our cloth meets export standards — smooth, tightly woven, and free from the visible "lines" or "streaks" in the weave that cause uneven print coverage on cheaper fabrics.
Cheap lanyard cloth is cut haphazardly, leaving jagged, fraying edges that scratch the neck and look unprofessional. We use precise cutting marks to ensure every lanyard is cut cleanly and consistently — no fraying, no variation in length from piece to piece.
Many suppliers quietly use shorter cloth lengths to reduce material cost. On a tall person, a short lanyard looks childish — sitting high on the chest rather than at a natural hanging point. We use the correct, full length — because a lanyard that looks right on everyone is the only acceptable standard.
The clamp holds the cloth and hook together. Cheap clamps — often passed off as equivalent — are made from inferior metal that begins rusting within months of use, especially in humid environments. Print on a poorly woven fabric never looks as sharp as the design file — the ink settles unevenly across the weave, creating subtle streaks and inconsistency.
