Fabric wristbands — also called cloth or textile wristbands — are woven bands with a printed design, secured by a one-way plastic lock clip. Once applied, the adjustable end feeds through the lock and ratchets down to fit the wrist snugly. The lock is designed to allow tightening but not loosening — meaning the wristband cannot be removed without cutting or breaking it.
This makes them the standard for multi-day events: music festivals, destination weddings, overnight resorts, and VIP access programmes where guests need to be identified across multiple days. They're comfortable enough to wear continuously — including while sleeping, swimming, or showering — and the full-colour print holds up throughout the entire event duration.

The lock clip system is simple to apply — no tools required. Takes seconds per wristband.
Hold the fabric wristband flat with the printed side facing outward. The free end — the adjustable tail — should be on the right.
Wrap the band snugly around the guest's wrist. Leave a finger's width of space between the fabric and the skin for comfort.
Insert the free end through the lock clip. Pull gently until the band sits securely. The clip ratchets — it tightens but does not loosen.
Use scissors to trim the excess tail just above the lock. This gives a clean, professional finish and removes any loose end that could catch.
